Volha Dexnis, a Belarusian journalist who has been living in Georgia for more than three years, has written a book “The Airport for Animals” about the life of a family of Belarusian immigrants.
“The plot of the book is as follows: a family of Belarusians comes to Georgia and they see how beautiful and good it is here. But there is a big social problem – a large number of stray animals all over Georgia. In Belarus, as a journalist, I could write for various media and help animals, but here I do not know how to do it,” the author says.
The journalist believes that the book will be a social project to help stray animals. “For me, all this resulted in a certain creative form in the format of a children’s book. Because I didn’t understand how to help these animals. I want to add QR codes to the Book so that it is supposedly a special social project, and not just a children’s book that can help these homeless animals,” says Volha Dexnis.
In order for the book to appear in print, Volha began collecting on the “Gronka” platform. For a small contribution, anyone can participate in the publication of this book.
