The International Union of Belarusian Writers has announced a literary competition for the 100th anniversary of Vasil Bykau.
Young authors and authors under 35 years of age working in the genres of prose, essay and journalism are invited to participate. The language of the works is Belarusian, the subject of the works is not limited.
To participate in the competition, you need to send the manuscript of your book in .docx(.doc) format to: [email protected] with the note “Competition”, as well as attach an annotation, your photo and a short autobiography.
The volume of the manuscript is not limited.
The deadline is June 1, 2024.
The summing up and announcement of the winners will take place on June 19, the birthday of Vasil Bykau.
