By the decision of the jury members of the 43rd International Church Music Festival, the Grand Prix was awarded to the ensemble ”Varslavia” from Warsaw.
Archpriest, rector of the Holy Trinity Cathedral Michal Niegierewicz told about the results of the festival, which took place in Hajnovka during the week: “This year’s festival was really big, and at a great level of art. This year, unfortunately, there are no choirs from the East, from Belarus, from Russia, from Ukraine. But it doesn’t depend on us. We’ll see what happens next.”
Choirs from Podlasie, Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia and North Macedonia took part in the festival. The participants of the choir “Universitas” from Romania became special guests of the holiday.
