Bialystok has published a city calendar for 2025. This time, the heroes of the calendar were Lukasz Leoniuk’s WidziMisi. The calendar also includes national, Catholic, Orthodox, Muslim and Jewish holidays.
“The printing of the calendar was prepared by the officials of the city of Bialystok with the vice-president of the city Rafal Rudnitsky. The calendar is so interfaith. I am very glad that my thought is moving on and developing. Officials and the government of Bialystok are interested in developing this topic, as it is very straightforward. The Chinese have the year of the dragon, then we, the people of Bialystok, will have the year of the bears in Bialystok,” says Lukasz Leoniuk, author of the WidziMisi project.
The calendar was published in 1000 copies in wall-mounted form and 1000 copies in the so-called tee. Unfortunately, it will not be sold, but the city authorities have promised that the Bialystochans will receive the calendar for winning city contests.
