Belarusians of Warsaw held another rally in the center of the capital at the Copernicus monument. The theme of the action is whether Belarusians have the right to self-defense. The speakers spoke about the right to self-defense in a situation of pressure, threat, attack and blackmail.
The participants recalled Andrei Zeltser, who died three years ago at the hands of pro-government bandits.
“Belarusians cannot defend themselves from anyone. If some hooligans come up to you, then there’s nothing you can do. Yes, you can’t do anything in Belarus! We need to go out, we need to talk, Belarusians need us to be able to defend ourselves,” said Vasil Pleshkunou, a member of the Association of Political Prisoners “Da Voli”, organizer of the Belarusians of Warsaw actions.
After the action, a traditional shared photo for memory, listening to Belarusian music and talking among themselves.
