The Community of railway workers in Belarus reports that military trains are being formed in the country and their transportation of the army can be quite large.
So, on February 18, at the Bahatyrova station near Minsk, the selection of passenger cars began by order of the Ministry of Defense. 48 wagons have already been prepared. At the same time, applications were submitted to Belintertrans for the allocation of freight wagons for the transportation of military equipment, ammunition and military equipment.
The railway community suggests that approximately 16 trains can be formed.
“For the Armed Forces of Belarus, this is a rather significant event in terms of the likely volume of military transportation,” the railwaymen note.
On February 3, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus announced the start of an army combat readiness check. Conscripts, including those from the reserve, began to be called up to the army. Those liable for military service must “carry out the full range of measures to prepare weapons, military and special equipment for use, and go to designated areas.”
