On November 14, KGB officers conducted another round-up across the country. Relatives of political prisoners were also detained.
According to Dissidentby, arrests and searches took place at many people in order to identify assistance. Volha Zazulinskaya, Social Policy representative of the Joint Transitional Cabinet, commented on the information about the next roundup in Belarus and called for security measures to be observed. According to her, the raids affected Grodna, Zhodzina, Minsk, Brest, Kobryn, Baranavichy, and the cities of the Vitsebsk region.
“If you feel in danger, contact the Bysol Foundation – and experts will think about how to help in your case. Check again so that there is nothing at home that can attract the attention of the security forces. Do not keep passports and cash at home,” the representative of the Joint Transitional Cabinet stressed.
