Of these, 82 cases have already been sent to the court for consideration, 26 cases remain in production. Recently, this work has been intensified. This year, the number of criminal cases sent in the order of special proceedings will increase,” he stressed.
Dzmitry Hara stressed that investigators are identifying the property of political defectors in order to confiscate it later in favor of the state. “These are apartments, houses, land plots, and expensive cars. There is a lot of property that should be directed to the state’s income by a court decision,” he said.
