A photo exhibition about the Podlaskie Olympians in Paris has opened in Bialystok

In the center of Bialystok, on Kosciuszko Square, you can see an exhibition of photographs of Podlaskie Olympians who took part in the Olympic Games in Paris.

Olympic champion Wojciech Nowicki opened the exhibition together with Major of Bialystok Tadeusz Truskolaski. Among other things, the athlete told whether Belarusian athletes have a future in Poland.

“I think that athletes have some kind of future, but from the legal side, so to speak, it is difficult for me to say anything about what restrictions or thoughts there are in order for Belarusian athletes to practice with us. But I think that, as in every country, if there is a desire to cooperate and practice, I think there will always be a place,” Nowicki said.

At the photo exhibition in the center of Bialystok, you can see athletes participating in the current Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. In 2024, seven athletes from Bialystok clubs took part in the competition. The sports photo exhibition will be available for viewing for two more weeks.
