According to the People’s Embassy of Belarus in Austria, this practice has not been applied to Belarusians before. It also became known about the issuance of such a passport to a Belarusian in Sweden.
Today it became known that two Belarusian citizens in Austria were issued passports of foreigners at once.
The People’s Embassy of Belarus in Austria intends to continue lobbying for the issue of foreign passports in order to expand the possibilities for those who do not yet meet the accepted criteria, for example, students or those who have lived in the country for less than five years.
Earlier today it became known that the passport of a foreigner to a citizen of Belarus was issued for the first time in Sweden.
