The association of former security forces BelPol has published a new investigation “How Lukashenka earns money in the war” (in Russian) , where it showed a scheme of products of Belarusian sights for Russian tanks.
BELPOL representative Uladzimir Zhygar introduces the results of the investigation: ”Only about 35 companies located in the Republic of Belarus are used in the production of one type of sight. 90% of these companies are small, that is, companies that do not belong to such giants as, for example, “Peleng”. That is, these are fairly average companies.”
According to Uladzimir Zhygar, one of the leading enterprises in the State Military Industry of Lukashenka is JSC “Peleng”, specializing in sights for armored vehicles. In April 2023, “Peleng” opened two new buildings in Minsk and announced the recruitment of specialists.
