The Belarusian state standard has banned the sale of some models of popular Polish brands: “House”, “Sinsay” and “Reserved”.
Children’s clothing and adult clothing are banned. For example, women’s trousers “Sinsay” are recognized as not conforming to the technical regulations of the Customs Union. The same applies to the “Reserved” men’s shirt. Things are not hygroscopic or breathable enough.
The state standard became concerned about the quality of Polish goods just after the statement of the representative of Bellegprom, Alyaksey Ruchanau. At the beginning of the week, the official announced a new strategy for the development of the domestic light industry. It is expected that the large-scale measures will affect all enterprises in the industry and stimulate competition with foreign manufacturers.
Thus, Belarusians are deprived of the opportunity to dress cheaply. An alternative to brands like “House”, “Sinsay” and “Reserved” was previously second-hand, but at the beginning of the month the European Union banned the supply of used clothes to Belarus.
