Ukraine has sold about $1 million worth of seized Belarusian fertilizers

The National Agency for Asset Search and Management (ARMA) of Ukraine has sold 61 wagons of seized Belarusian potash.

“Belaruskali’s products were sold in 61 railway wagons with a volume of 4,299 tons of potassium chloride. The total amount of sales amounted to UAH 45516321 (about $1 million), including customs duties,” ARMA informs.

It is noted that these funds will be used, among other things, for the purchase of war bonds.

Earlier, on February 25, ARMA successfully sold another 50 wagons of Belarusian potash for 36 million UAH (869 thousand dollars).

Since the beginning of the war, assets of Belarusian industrial enterprises have been seized in Ukraine. Among them, the property of three Belarusian asphalt-concrete plants, the Belarusian subsidiary of Belorusneft, railway wagons, cars and machinery.
