On February 27 the EU countries recorded the maximum number of migrants trying to enter the territory of the European Union from Belarus since the beginning of 2024, according to a daily analysis of messages from the border services of Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, conducted by the online-media “Pohlyad”
On February 27 border guards from neighboring countries of Belarus stopped 74 attempts to enter their territory: 68 to Poland, 6 to Lithuania.
Before that, the three most stressful days included February 26 (30 attempts), February 21 (29) and February 22 (24). In February, compared with January, the activity of migrants increased 3.8 times.
