The leader of the democratic opposition Sviatlana Cikhanouskaya and the deputy head of the Joint Transitional Cabinet Pavel Latushka, during meetings with European politicians, urged them not to recognize the results of the upcoming presidential elections in Belarus next year.

About 6,700 citizens of Belarus voted in the elections to the Coordination Council
The Election Commission for the elections to the Coordination Council announced the preliminary results of the vote. 6,723 people took part in the voting. The on-line voting took place from May 25 to May 27.
